Medi-Edge Marketing is expanding and looking to bring on motivated Sales Development Representatives who want strong earning potential, flexibility, and long-term growth.
This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, comfortable with outreach, and interested in building income based on performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct outbound calls to medical practices across the U.S.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients
- Introduce services clearly and professionally
- Schedule strategy calls for the team
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar role preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and handling rejection
- Self-motivated, organized, and consistent
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Compensation
- Commission-based with performance incentives
- Top performers typically earn $60K–$120K+ depending on results
- Paid based on performance
Compensation & Structure
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- You will not be classified as a W2 employee
- Compensation is performance-based
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
